EXHIBIT A <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 8233 <br />BAY FAIR MALL <br />FINDINGS <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-l -520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 8233 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br />I. Prior to the issuance of any future building permit on the Mall property, traffic circulation <br />and pedestrian access improvements at both entrances from East 14th Street and <br />Hesperian Boulevard shall be provided as directed by the City Engineer. <br />2.
