IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-144 (1957) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AUTHORIZING A LICENSE <br />AGREEMENT WITH WELLS FARGO BANK NA FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY <br />(APN 077-0551-064) <br />WHEREAS Wells Fargo Bank NA ("Licensee") has had improvements related to its <br />property at 1298 East 14th Street installed on City-owned adjacent property known as the Paseo del <br />Oro (APN 077-0551-064); and <br />WHEREAS the City has previously authorized such use of this property through a License <br />Agreement with Licensee that has expired; and <br />WHEREAS Licensee has agreed to the terms and conditions contained in a new License <br />Agreement ("Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS the Council has been presented with the Agreement and is familiar with the <br />contents thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute it. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 17th day of October <br />2005 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (~) <br />ABSENT: None (~) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
