Exhibit B <br />USE OF LICENSE AREA <br />Licensee is authorized use of License Area for the maintenance and operation of existing: <br />• Freestanding pedestrian handrail, which may include a small business <br />identificationlpatio banking sign <br />• Monument sign reading "Wells Fargo", approximately 64" high and 48" wide, <br />located within concrete planter, which is to contain flowering plants <br />• Pedestal-type writing desk adjacent to ATM <br />• Surveillance camera equipment <br />None of these items maybe extended or expanded without City approval. <br />At no time shall Licensee, or any of Licensee's tenants, use the licensed area or adjacent public <br />mall area for display of advertising materials, signs, or goods, other than as provided for herein. <br />6 <br />
