IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-145 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />APPLIED MATERIALS AND ENGINEERING, INC. RELATING TO THE <br />WASHINGTON MANOR PARK AQUATICS CENTER, PROJECT NO. 210-62-002 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Applied Materials and Engineering, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 17th day of October <br />2005, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (~) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~ V UJV~,~Cfi1~1 <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
