June 20, 2003 <br />Sheet 1 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />HUDSON LANE GRADE CROSSING <br />A strip of land 40 feet in width, being a portion of the right of way (80 feet wide) of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company (formerly Western Pacific Railway Company) in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, lying 20 feet on each side of the following described line: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of a private roadway (40 feet wide) known as Hudson Lane <br />with the southwesterly line of said right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company (80 feet wide), said <br />point being distant North 49°31'08" West, along said southwesterly line, 1149.12 feet from it's intersection <br />with the southeasterly line of that certain 150 acre parcel of land described in the decree of distribution in <br />Re. Estate of Sarah M. Mathews, deceased, recorded in Liber 1206 of Deeds, Page 1, in the Office of the <br />County Recorder of Alameda County, last said intersection being identified by a %" Iron Pipe with a brass <br />tag stamped `RCE 12104" as shown and so designated on that Record of Survey entitled "Record of <br />Survey, Portion of Plat of the Rancho San Leandro, San Leandro, Alameda County, California" recorded on <br />February 27, 1986 as R/S No. 0720 in Book 12, Records of Survey, Page 77, in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County; <br />Thence from said Point of Beginning, at right angles to said southwesterly line, North 40028'52"East, 80.00 <br />feet, to the westerly line of San Leandro Boulevard (100 feet in width). <br />Containing 3,200 square feet, more or less. <br />And as shown on Sheet 2 attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />AND <br />Gw KEVIN G GRAY <br />G <br />ared by: Kevin C. ay <br />P.L.S.
