SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 1 CITY COUNCIL Chapter 4 Assistance to Parades, Promotions, and Miscellaneous Special Events $1.4.100: GENERAL. The City may provide assistance in the forms of services to individuals and organizations conducting activities governed by Section 4-20-100 et seq., of the San Leandro Municipal Code, and special events and promotions involving assistance in the form of personnel assistance, barricade services, or special refuse services in accordance with the following general guidelines: (a) Application Processing and Approval Fees—Section 4-20-100—Permits. Effeetive ^n the aetion of the City CCunei , An application fee of $28.00 as stated in 6.4. 100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is established for processing all applications filed for events covered by Section 4-20-100 of the San Leandro Municipal Code. Actual City costs will be accounted for on a per event basis, and event sponsors will may be billed following the activity. i the event the maximuni amount of assistance ; o odea (c) Insurance Requirements. All activities conducted pursuant to Section 4-20-100 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and other special events or activities conducted upon City property or public area controlled by the City are required to furnish insurance coverage in a form and amount acceptable to the City Manager prior to issuance of a permit. The City will provide, on a fee basis, special event insurance for those individual/organizations unable to provide adequate coverage.
