That on or about the 16th day of September 2002, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with REDGWICK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 25599 IIiTNTWOOD AVENUE, <br />HAYWARD, CA 94544, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, WILLIAMS <br />STREET WIDENING, PROJECT NO. 02-230-28-113. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Safeco Insurance Company of America. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the January 5, 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WILLIAMS STREET <br />WIDENING, PROJECT NO. 02-230-28-113 is that of right-of--way in certain land designated as <br />Williams Street, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
