IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-012 (2323/3001) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br />C. KELL-SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO ADMINISTRATION OF <br />A RESIDENTIAL AIRPORT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM <br />A Contractual Services Agreement between C.
