IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2004-017 (3004) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE <br />AN AGREEMENT WITH KNIGHT FOUNDRY CORPORATION <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) REPLACEMENT HISTORIC <br />CAST IRON STREET LAMP POLES IN THE AMOUNT OF $105,000 <br />Knight Foundry Corporation has submitted a proposal to the City of San Leandro related to <br />the construction of twenty-five (25) replacement historic cast iron street lamp poles. <br />The City Council desires to accept the proposal. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said proposal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Manager is hereby directed to negotiate and execute an agreement between <br />Knight Foundry Corporation and the City of San Leandro in the amount of $105,000 for twenty- <br />five (25) replacement historic cast iron street lamp poles. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 2"d day of February, 2004 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />T : ' ~ ~~~-fi~/1~ld~G-- <br />ATTES <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
