That on or about the 16th day of June 2003, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State <br />of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with NEMA CONSTRUCTION, 1185 SOLANO AVENUE, #126, ALBANY, CA 94706, as <br />contractor, for a certain wank of improvement: To wit, INTERIOR REMODEL OF <br />RESTROOMS (MARINA PUBLIC RESTROOMS), PROJECT NO. 03-597-57-198 <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual). <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 2nd day of February 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the INTERIOR <br />~ REMODEL OF RESTROOMS (MARINA PUBLIC RESTROOMS), PROJECT NO. 03- <br />597-57-198 is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as APN 79A-475-009-4, also known as <br />North Dike Road and West Dike Road, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
