IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-024 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE PHOENIX GROUP TO COMPLETE PHASE II OF THE <br />COMPUTER AUTOMATED DISPATCH AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br />(CAD/RMS) REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and The Phoenix Group, a copy of which <br />is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Glaze and passed and adopted this 17th day of February, <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (~) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens (1) <br />ATTEST: ~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
