CrP'A Such election shall not co~pstitute a waiver of the right to exercise <br />such right or reservation at a~ subsequent time, nor shall it constitute a waiver of a~ <br />other provisions of the GFA . <br />(n) Limitation on Correction of Lost Transactions <br />Upon the eu~iration of 4S days following receipt of the fast statement coincident with or <br />next following any changes or transactions, involving investments elections, percentage <br />changes or transferred amounts under taus CrFA which were made via the voice response <br />unit, Paper transaction or other .acceptable form. which was previously agreed ip by the <br />Company and the GFA Owner, all changes reflected. in such statement will be considered <br />binding on the recipient <br />(o} Compliance <br />The GFA Owner agrees that t3ie Plan shall be operated in compliance with all applicable <br />laws and regulations including the minimum distaibution requirements set for9i in section <br />401(a} (9) of the Code and.atry successor provision: <br />(p} eases <br />The GFA Owner agrees that the expenses and charges described iri the GFA Expense <br />Schedule a#achad to the GFA will be paid either by remitting Payment for such charges aad <br />expenses, in U.S. dollars, to the Company within, thirty-one (31) days of the date of notice of <br />the charges and.expenses, or by such other method as is otherwise agreed to by the Company <br />and the GFA Owner.
