IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-030 (3008) <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND APPOINTING MEMBERS TO A <br />TEMPORARY BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR <br />THE UPDATE OF THE BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN MASTER PLAN <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the City is in the process of updating the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, public input through an advisory committee is a requirement of many grant <br />funding sources for bicycle and pedestrian projects; and <br />WHEREAS, an advisory committee will meet approximately three times during the <br />spring of 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, members of the community that are active in bicycle and pedestrian issues <br />were contacted and the following persons are well qualified to serve on the Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC): <br />• Katherine Duchene <br />• Noelle Rapozo <br />• Susan Gonzales <br />• Gil Johnson <br />• Sergeant Robert Dekas <br />• Tim Bucher <br />• Michael Gregory <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That a temporary Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee is formed to guide the <br />update of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above stated persons are appointed to serve on <br />the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. <br />
