IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-033 (1219/2500/2946) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 007-M <br />TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS--AGREEMENT <br />PROVIDES LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR ENABLE COMMUNITIES GRANT, <br />PROJECT NO. 961-86-045, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. CML-5041(023) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 007-M to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />California. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 007- <br />M. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 007-M is hereby approved and the City Manager or <br />his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br />the City; and <br />That Program Supplement Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer <br />Agreements and any Amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation for <br />the subject project are authorized and directed to be executed on behalf of the City. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Glaze and passed and adopted this 15th day of March <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />
