IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-049 (2985) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS), AND <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, PUBLIC ACCESS <br />EASEMENT, AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR TRACT 7413 ON A VACANT <br />PARCEL LOCATED AT 15401 HESPERIAN BOULEVARD; <br />DEVELOPER: CHERRYBROOK, L.P. <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br />Tract 7413, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council <br />of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its <br />design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7413, <br />City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7413, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final <br />Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br />and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br />a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) and a Subdivision Improvement <br />Agreement (Private Improvements) for Tract 7413 on behalf of the City. <br />
