IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-053 (1026/3013) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE A PERMIT <br />APPLICATION WITH THE BAY CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />(BCDC) RELATING TO THE NEPTUNE DRIVE BRIDGE PROTECTION PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 210-57-193 <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to implement repairs at the Neptune Drive Bridge; and <br />WHEREAS, the project falls within the BCDC's jurisdiction and a permit is required; and <br />WHEREAS, a resolution is required by BCDC to ensure that the permit applicant is <br />empowered to represent and make commitments on behalf of the organization submitting the <br />application, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Manager is authorized to file a permit application with the BCDC to <br />implement repairs at the Neptune Drive Bridge for the Neptune Drive Bridge Protection Project. <br />Introduced by Councihnember Santos and passed and adopted this 12th day of April <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~)~~1~I1,~.GM.
