IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-055 (2959) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF GRANT FUNDS FOR PHASE 1 OF <br />THE MACARTHUR BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 964-82-058 <br />The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) has agreed to provide <br />TFCA funds to the City to be used for the design and construction of Phase 1 of the MacArthur <br />Boulevard Streetscape project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That $455,000 of grant funds from BAAQMD is to be appropriated for Phase 1 of the <br />MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape project. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 12th day of April <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (p~ <br />ABSENT: None (p~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
