IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-060 (1315/2318) <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING <br />TITLE 1 CHAPTER 3 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMIl~IISTRATIVE CODE <br />TO ESTABLISH MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF <br />COUNCILMEMBER TECHNOLOGY COSTS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That Title 1, Chapter 3, of the San Leandro Administrative Code, entitled "City <br />Council -Reimbursement for Expenses," is hereby repealed and reenacted, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2.
