IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-062 (2056) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INCENTIVEBENEFIT PROGRAM FOR PROPERTIES <br />LISTED ON THE HISTORIC SITES REGISTER <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION ORDINANCE NO. 2003-014 <br />An incentive/benefit program to assist owners of properties designated as historic and to <br />encourage other property owners to place their properties on the historic sites register has been <br />prepared related to Historic Preservation Ordinance No. 2003-014 for the City of San Leandro, a <br />copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Gity Manager has recommended the approval of said Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said program is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 12th day of April, <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: V V l~'~~-a'M, ~G~'~-`~- <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
