Administration <br />The City will use $1,963 of the CDBG funds for general administration programs, fair <br />housing administration (as shown in Part IV) and the City's share of the Continuum of <br />Care Council director's salary (as shown under Goal A, Objective 3). This is less than <br />the maximum $238,053 allowed under the legal spending- cap. However, the cap is <br />high because the estimated program income from the Davis Street property sate. In the <br />next program year, there will be a very small amount of program income, thereby <br />lowering the administrative cap. It would not be prudent to budget so high large cuts <br />would be needed in the next year.
