Conflict with any applicable habitat X 1 <br />conservation plan or natural community <br />conservation tan'? <br />EXPLANATION: <br />a-c) The project site would continue to be used as a dredged material management site (DMMS) in support of San Leandro Marina <br />and entrance channel dredging, The project site would continuc to be zoned OS, Open Space. Uses permitted in the OS District <br />include: managed open space intended for the protection of natural habitat; minor utilities; and accessory uses incidental to an open <br />space use. Therefore, the proposed project would not conflict with any applicable land use plan or policy. In addition, the proposed <br />project would not physically divide an established community or conflict with any habitat or natural community conservation plan. <br />2. POPULATION AND HOUSING. Would the ro'eet: <br />a. Induce substantial population growth in an area X 1, 7 <br />either directly (e.g., by proposing new homes <br />and businesses) or indirectly (e.g. through <br />projects in an undeveloped area or major <br />infrastructure ? <br />b. Displace substantial number of existing X 1, 7 <br />housing, necessitating the construction of <br />re lacement housin else~~~here'? <br />c.
