IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-075 (2991) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF GRANT FUNDS RELATING TO <br />THE MONARCH BAY DRNE/FAIRWAY DRIVE TO MARIlVA BOULEVARD PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 120-38-243 <br />A San Francisco Bay Trail grant for the design of the Bay Trail along Monarch Bay <br />Drive was approved and an agreement was executed and authorized on March 25, 2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That $48,325 of grant funds shall be appropriated for design development of the Bay <br />Trail portion of the Monarch Bay Drive/Fairway Drive to Marina Boulevard project. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 17th day of May 2004, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: -1 ~~~,~il/~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
