IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-077 (2639/2930) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT THE MEASURE B <br />PARATRANSIT APPLICATION AND GAP FUND APPLICATION FOR THE <br />EXPENDITURE OF MEASURE B PARATRANSIT FUNDS IN FY 2004-OS TO THE <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION IlVIPROVEMENT AUTHORITY, AND TO <br />NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THESE ACTNITIES <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, before Measure B Paratransit funds and GAP funds will be made available to <br />local agencies, the LOCAL AGENCY is required to approve the annual application for Measure B <br />Paratransit funding and GAP fund application; and <br />WHEREAS, ACTIA requires a resolution approving the annual applications. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council authorizes the City Manager to submit the Measure B Paratransit <br />Application and GAP Fund Application for the expenditure of Measure B Paratransit funds in FY <br />2004-OS to ACTIA, and to negotiate and execute all documents in support of these activities. <br />BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br />ACTIA. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 17th day of May, 2004 by <br />the following called vote: <br />
