All written continents regarding this Mitigated Negative Declaration must be received by the City of San Leandro, Cormnunity Development Department, Planning Services Division, 835 E. 14"' Street, San Leandro, California 94577, no later than 5 p.m. on May 19, 2004. A Planning Comrrrission meeting has been scheduled for May 13, and a City Council meeting has been tentatively scheduled for June 7, 2004. Written and oral comments may also be made during these public meetings. Final action on the Mitigated Negative Declaration and proposed project will be taken by the City Council.
