IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-084 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />BELDEN CONSULTING ENGINEERS RELATING TO THE CITY HALL <br />HVAC REPAIRS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 210-18-126 <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Belden Consulting <br />Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the approval of said document, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 7th day of June <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
