IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-095 (1051) <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CTI'Y'S APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 <br />Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the Appropriations <br />Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered <br />the data contained in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Govemment Code and Article XII B of <br />the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal <br />Year 2004-2005 at $114,347,904 as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 21St day of June, 2004, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: CUI,t.~Ul <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
