IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-100 (2938/2959) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPLY FOR A <br />TRANSPORTATION FUND FOR CLEAN AIR (TFCA) REGIONAL GRANT FOR A <br />BART-TO-WEST-SAN LEANDRO SHUTTLE SERVICE IN AN AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $100,000 <br />WHEREAS, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District has a Transportation Fund for <br />Clean Air (TFCA); and <br />WHEREAS, one of the transportation control measures that is eligible for funding is <br />provision ofshuttle/feeder bus projects; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council hereby authorized the City Manager to apply for a Transportation Fund <br />for Clean Air Regional Grant for a BART to West San Leandro Shuttle Service in an amount not to <br />exceed $100,000. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 21st day of June, 2004, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ILL <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
