IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2004-102 (1264) RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0.2003-217 AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN DEPOSITORIES AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING SPECIFIED CITY OFFICIAL TO REMIT MONEY IN THE CITY TREASURY TO THE STATE TREASURY FOR DEPOSIT IN THE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the Finance Directox and Deputy Finance Directors are hereby authorized and directed to deposit all funds coming into their hands into any one or more of the following depositories: Bank of America N.T. & S. A. BNY Western Trust Company U. S. Bank 2. That if the Finance Director or Deputy Finance Director determines that City funds should be deposited in the Local Agency Investment Fund of the State of California, the City of San Leandro, a Charter City, hereby agrees to deposit or withdraw such monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund of the State Treasury in accordance with the provisions of Article II (commencing with Section 16429.1) of Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code of the State of California. The following City officials are hereby authorized to determine if there is money in the City treasury not required for the immediate needs of the City and to remit such money to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Local Agency Investment Fund and to determine the length of time such monies will be on deposit and to withdraw such money from the State Treasury: Jesse S. Baloca, Finance Director; Cynthia Battenberg, Deputy Finance Director; and Mary McCarthy, Deputy Finance Director.
