IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-104 (3010) <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR <br />HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS <br />WHEREAS, a Citizen Participation Plan for Housing and Community Development <br />Programs has been prepared encouraging public participation in the development of the <br />Consolidated and Annual Action Plans, amendments to these plans and the Consolidated Annual <br />Performance and Evaluation Report and a copy of is attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has held one community meeting and one public <br />hearing, solicited public comment for 14 days by publishing a notice in the newspaper and by <br />providing the Plan at City Hall and on the City's website; and <br />WHEREAS, all public comments received, if any, were considered in the contents of the <br />Plan; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said document is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by Councilrnember Santos and passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 2004 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos; Mayor Young (5) <br />NOES: None ~ ~0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Glaze, Stephens ~2) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
