IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-107 (1242) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RENAMIl~IG OF <br />NORTH DIKE ROAD AND WEST DIKE ROAD TO MULFORD POINT DRNE AND <br />RENAMIl~IG OF SOUTH DIKE ROAD TO PESCADOR POINT DRIVE <br />WHEREAS the recommendation to rename North Dike Road and West Dike Road to <br />Mulford Point Drive and rename South Dike Road to Pescador Point Drive has been presented to <br />this Council and should be adopted, and <br />WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the request for the name changes and the City <br />Manager has recommended the approval of the name changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said renamings are hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 2004 by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos; Mayor Young (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Glaze, Stephens (2) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
