IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-113 (1078/1203/1221) <br />RESOLUTION IlVIPOSING LIENS <br />FOR NON-PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT SEWER SERVICE, SOLID WASTE SERVICE AND <br />WEED ABATEMENT CHARGES, AND BUSINESS LICENSE FEES <br />Findin <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed the Reports of the Finance <br />Director, filed with the City Clerk on Thursday, July 1, 2004, and bearing List No. 2004-1 for sewer <br />service charges, List No. 2004-2 for solid waste charges, List No. 2004-3 for weed abatement charges, <br />and List No. 2004-4 for business license fees, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein. All of said charges are currently unpaid and delinquent. <br />Pursuant to the San Leandro Municipal Code, notice was duly given of the time and place of <br />hearing on said delinquent charges and upon any objections or protest by any of the property owners <br />liable to be liened for non-payment of such delinquent charges. <br />Said hearing was regularly set for the hour of 7:00 p.m. on July 19, 2004, in the City Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA. <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has heard and passed on objections and protests <br />of the property owners liable to be assessed for charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the Reports of the Finance Director <br />concerning non-payment of city service charges and bearing Lists Nos. 2004-1, 2004-2, 2004-3, and <br />2004-4.
