IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-116 (1051) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO <br />INVESTMENT POLICY FOR CITY FUNDS <br />Whereas, an amendment to the City of San Leandro Investment Policy, a copy of which <br />is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />Whereas, the Finance Committee reviewed said amendment on June 17, 2004 and <br />recommended that it be forwarded to the City Council for adoption. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amended document is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 19t~~ day of July, <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young('7) <br />NOES: None ~p~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />(0) <br />
