Vehicle licenses. <br />Wheelchair lift and capacity for two (2) wheelchairs. <br />No primary in-service buses can be older than Eight (8) years old_ This restriction <br />does not apply to designated back up buses. Newer vehicles are preferable. <br />CONTRACTOR shall make vehicles available for Group Trips (25- passenger <br />vehicle, lift equipped. <br />CONTRACTOR shall make sedans and lift-equipped vans available for Out-of <br />Town Medical Trips. <br />2.13.2. Maintenance <br />The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle maintenance <br />and upkeep for a minimum of three (3) buses including, but not limited to: <br />Preventative Maintenance Program approved by the City and in accordance with <br />manufacturer specifications. <br />Vehicle fueling. <br />Vehicle cleaning (interior and exterior) to standards acceptable to the CITY. <br />California Highway PatroC inspections in accordance with Vehicle Code <br />requirements. <br />Compliance with all California Department of Motor Vehicle licensing <br />requirements. <br />Exterior repairs, including painting and bodywork to standards accepted by the <br />CITY. <br />Vehicle supplies and parts inventory. <br />Daily vehicle inspection reports available to the City upon request. <br />2.13.3. Vehicle Branding <br />A generic white vehicle is preferred. The CITY will provide the CONTRACTOR <br />with a logo wrap for the exterior of each in-service bus and shall install and <br />remove these logos at CITY's cost. <br />2.14.
