EXHIBIT ~ <br />CONTRACTOR, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide ail facilities and equipment that may <br />be necessary to perform the services required in this Agreement. <br />The Contractor shall not be responsible for the design, <br />placement, repair and replacement of all passenger bus stops, <br />benches and shelters and all other Authority-owned passenger <br />facilities and amenities.
