IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-127 (3024) <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE CALL FOR RE-BIDDING <br />FOR THE MACARTHUR BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 03-964-82-058 <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro did, on July 12, 2004, publicly open, examine and declare all <br />sealed proposals or bids for the work described in Resolution No. 2004-089 of the Council of <br />said City adopted on June 7, 2004, which resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a <br />description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution. <br />Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for <br />comparison and recommendation. <br />The Engineering and Transportation Director has recommended that the proposals for <br />said work be rej ected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects said proposals or bids for doing said work; and <br />That the call for re-bidding is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 19th day of July <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />
