IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-137 (3031) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION <br />OF FUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 8200 ON A VACANT PARCEL LOCATED AT <br />1903 DOOLITTLE DRIVE; DEVELOPER: PATSON COMPANY, INC. <br />FINDINGS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with <br />the provisions for its design and improvement is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 8200, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />Californua" has been submitted to this Council. <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 8200 is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br />a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Parcel Map 8200 on behalf of <br />the City. <br />B. That said Parcel Map 8200 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br />requirements of CEQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivision of Title 28, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Administrative Code. <br />
