IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-142 (1925/2639/3008) <br />RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $11,000 IN MEASURE B BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN <br />PASS-THROUGH FUNDS TO COMPLETE THE UPDATE OF THE <br />BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN MASTER PLAN <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian funds have been allocated to the City <br />based on population share by the Alameda County Transportation Authority to be used for <br />bicycle and pedestrian proj ects identified on the approved prioritized list; and <br />WHEREAS, $67,140 was appropriated on November 3, 2003 by Resolution No. 2003- <br />220 to update the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, an additional amount of $11,000 is required to complete the Bicycle and <br />Pedestrian Master Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That $11,000 of Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian funds is appropriated for completion <br />of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 20th day of <br />September, 2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Glaze (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
