IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-150 (2895) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 002-M1 <br />TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECT FOR <br />RAILROAD GRADE CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 230-38-207, <br />FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. HP21L-5041 (027) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 002-M1 is to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />California. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 002- <br />M 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 002-M1 is hereby approved and the City Manager or <br />his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br />the City. <br />Introduced by Councilmernber Santos and passed and adopted this 4th day of October <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young(7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: .w /i'~-~. <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
