IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2004-154 (1103/112211207) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE EXISTING UNDERGROUND DISTRICT TO IMPLEMENT THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION (CPUC) 100 FOOT RULE AND PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY PANEL CONVERSION ON WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE AND SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON NOVEMBER 15, 2004 Recitals The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5-3-200 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City Council hereby calls a public hearing to ascertain whether or not the public necessity, health or safety require the removal of poles and overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, television, or similar associated service, in the following area: A. West Estudillo Avenue from westerlyright-of--way line of Hays Street to easterly right-of--way lines of San Leandro Boulevard; (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-0039-006-06, 75-0036-047-04, 75-0019-001-01, 75-0019-001-02, 75-0019- 002, 075-0019-003, 75-0019-016, 75-0019-005, 75-0014-001, 75-0014-002, 75- 0014-003, 75-0014-004, 75-0014-005-03, 75-0016-015, 75-0016-014, and 75- 0016-013) Said hearing shall be held on Monday, the 15th day of November 2004, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the San Leandro City Council in San Leandro City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California. Any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of the undergrounding may appear before said Council and show cause why the establishment of said undergrounding should not be ordered.
