That on or about the 12th of Apri12004, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with KEL-TEC BUILDERS, INC., 251 ARTHUR ROAD, MARTINEZ, CA 94553, <br />as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, MAIN LIBRARY BOOKSTORE, <br />PROJECT NO. 04-210-18-127. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Western Surety Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 1st day of November 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the MAIN LIBRARY <br />BOOKSTORE, PROJECT NO. 04-210-18-127 is that of fee simple title in certain land <br />designated as 300 Estudillo Avenue, San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
