Street has two driveways shown on the plans. Therefore, Applicant shall remove unused <br />driveway (between 265 and 289 Park Street) and replace with standard curb, gutter and sidewalk. <br />7. Prior to the issuance of the Building Permit for the Project, the Applicant shall obtain an <br />Encroachment Permit from the Engineering and Transportation Department for any work within <br />the public right-of--way. <br />8. The Applicant shall install 10-foot red curb tips at both ends of the main driveway to ensure that <br />line of sight is maintained. <br />9. The Applicant shall ensure that all utility services to the new building shall be placed <br />underground from the appropriate utility pole or service points along the public right-of--way <br />10. The Applicant shall comply with the provisions of the City's Grading Ordinance and the Urban <br />Runoff Clean Water Program. The City requires a Grading Permit any time more than fifty (50) <br />cubic yards of material is moved. The Ordinance requires that an erosion control and sediment <br />plan be prepared, submitted, and approved by the City prior to issuance of a Grading Permit. <br />11. The Applicant shall adhere to the Urban Runoff Clean Water Program that requires all runoff be <br />treated to remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to discharge into a public facility. <br />On projects of this type, this can typically be handled by directing runoff through landscaped <br />areas or grassy swales. <br />12. The Applicant shall ensure that there shall be no construction activity on federal holidays. <br />Construction activity shall not commence prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 4:00 p.m. <br />weekdays, (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays), unless otherwise approved in writing by the City <br />Engineer and Chief Building Official. <br />f <br />~ r <br />Date: t ~ ~ ~ <br />-~,.~enneth Joseph, P.E., City Engineer <br />~..)
