IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2004-162 (2899) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IlvIPROVEMENT WORK <br />(PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) FOR TRACT 7053, FORMERLY VACANT PARCELS <br />LOCATED AT THE NORTHERLY END OF PREDA STREET; <br />DEVELOPER: RYLAND HOMES <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Private Improvements) between the <br />City of San Leandro and Ryland Homes, a California corporation, (subdivider) dated December <br />17, 2001, and associated plans identified as Tract 7053, certain subdivision improvement work <br />has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
