IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-169 (1215) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF OAKLAND, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, <br />ACTING BY AND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS, <br />AND THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and the City of Oakland, a copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 15th day of November, <br />2004 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Glaze, Nardine, Santos, Stephens (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young (1) <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Grant (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
