IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-170 (3039) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AUTHORIZING <br />A SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION IN THE MATTER OF JESSICA HANKINS, BY AND <br />THROUGH HER GUARDIAN AD LITUM SUSAN-MARIE WAGONER AND CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,487.50 <br />BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take all appropriate actions <br />necessary to settle the matter of Jessica Hankins, by and through her Guardian Ad <br />Litum Susan-Marie Wagoner and City of San Leandro, Alameda County Superior <br />Court Action No. HG-03-104866 in the amount of $25,000.00, plus $487.50 in <br />mediation fees for a total settlement of $25,487.50 by check made payable to Jessica <br />Hankins, by and through her Guardian Ad Litum Susan-Marie Wagoner and her <br />attorney(s) of record. <br />2. Effective Date.
