That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: <br />Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 6th day of December 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest of the City of San Leandro as described of the ECONOMY MARKET, <br />PORTER SHOPPING CENTER AND MANOR SHOPPING CENTER PROJECT, PROJECT <br />NO. O1-02.014 is established by agreement between the City of San Leandro, and the private property <br />owners, owners of those certain lands owned in fee simple by the private property owners designed as <br />Assessor Parcel Numbers 080H153501103 (Economy Market), 080H153501105 (Economy Market), <br />0806137200100 (Porter Shopping Center) and 0806137400205 (Manor Shopping Center). <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
