IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-179 (1022) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS-INTERSECTIONS <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(PANSY STREET AT 147TH AVENUE, PANSY STREET AT 148TH AVENUE, <br />AND CASTLE STREET AT ARK DRIVE) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following intersections are designated for placement of stop signs <br />pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br />PANSY STREET AND 147TH AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northbound and <br />southbound on Pansy Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection <br />of 147th Avenue. <br />PANSY STREET AND 148TH AVENUE, all vehicles traveling northbound and <br />southbound on Pansy Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection <br />of 148th Avenue. <br />CASTLE STREET AND ARK DRIVE, all vehicles traveling eastbound and westbound <br />on Castle Street shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the intersection of Ark <br />Drive. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 5, §500 of the San <br />Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 20th day of December <br />2004, by the following called vote: <br />
