IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004-182 (3045) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AUTHORIZING <br />A SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION IN THE MATTER OF GIL, BENILDA, APRIL, ABEGAIL <br />AND BENJAMINA PIMENTEL AND CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take all appropriate actions <br />necessary to settle the matter of Gil Pimentel, Benilda Pimentel, April Pimentel, <br />Abegail Pimentel and Benjamina Pimentel vs. City of San Leandro, Alameda County <br />Superior Court Action No. HG04186292, in an aggregate total amount of $400,000 by <br />checks made payable to Gil Pimentel, Benilda Pimentel, April Pimentel, Abegail <br />Pimentel and Benjamina Pimentel and their attorney of record Harold Mencher, as <br />follows: <br />• Gil Pimentel in the amount of $175,000 <br />• Benilda Pimentel in the amount of $190,000 <br />• April Pimentel ill the amount of $19,000 <br />• Abegail Pimentel in the amount of $14,000 <br />• Benjamina Pimentel in the amount of $2,000 <br />2. Effective Date.
