That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Great American Insurance Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 18th day of February 2003. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the MA.RINAINEPTUNE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT project is that of public right-of--way in certain land designated as Marina Boulevard/Neptune Drive, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
