That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: Insurance Company of the West. <br />That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 6th day of July 2004. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the HESPERIAN <br />BOULEVARD AND LEWELLING BOULEVARD WIDENING, ACTIA PROJECT NO. 17, <br />PROJECT NO. 144-39-002 is that of public right of way in certain land designated as Hesperian <br />Boulevard and Lewelling Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
