That on or about June 17, 2002, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain <br />contract with MISAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., PO BOX 2024, LIVERMORE, CA 94551 as <br />contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, WASHINGTON MANOR MDDLE <br />SCHOOL PLAYFIELDS, PROJECT NO. 01-122-38-224, of which said City is owner. <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the hond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as <br />follows: General Insurance Company of America <br />That said wank of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as <br />completed on the 3rd day of March 2003. <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro in the WASHINGTON MANOR <br />MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAYFIELDS, PROJECT NO. 01-122-38-224, project is that of owner of <br />the improvements under a joint use agreement between the San Lorenzo Unified School District <br />and the City of San Leandro at certain land designated as 1170 Fargo Avenue, San Leandro, CA. <br />Fee title of the aforementioned location is held by San Lorenzo Unified Schooi D1Strlct. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
